Chef Philip Andriano graduated with top honors from the Culinary Institute of America in 1981. Since then he has been the recipient of numerous culinary awards. Among them, the First place award in the NY State Seafood Challenge, Second Place in the National Seafood Challenge and has been named one of five top chefs of the year.
Chef Philip Andriano has been the owner and operator of three very well received restaurants, all receiving favorable reviews in Long Island's Newsday, The New York Times and Zagat's Guide. In addition Chef Philip Andriano has recently published his first cook book one in a series named "I Can Cook You Can Cook (The self-help guide to seafood cookery)" Chef Philip Andriano has also been seen on E. T., X-tra, & Discovery Health.
